Our 2024 Calf Crop
We have three loads of steers and three loads of heifers available for purchase. Buyer may also purchase all merchantable calves.
Delivery will be on or about June 27, 2024.
Estimating steers will average 715 pounds and the heifers 675 pounds.

Our quality calves have performed extremely well throughout the Midwest and Southwest.
HEALTH PROGRAM
- Calving began September 1 with most born in first 60 days
- November 2023: Vision 7, Vista Once SQ, Cydectin, Multimin 90
- April 2024: Vision 7 , Vista Once SQ, Cydectin, Multimin 90, Ralgro
- Steers are knife cut; all calves are polled/dehorned
Genetics
- Calves are out of black and black baldy cows
- Bred to reputation ranch Charolais and Angus bulls
- Approximately 15% are black hided
- Bull EPDs for weaning weight, yearling weight and ribeye are consistently in the top 10% of the breed
10 Year Performance
- Steers average daily gain of 2.5 pounds on native pasture
- Test weight April 18, 2024: 553 / 542
- 10 year average weight of steers is 708 pounds
- 10 year average weight of heifers is 653 pounds
